Equipped with a 5-axis flexible detector, the equipment can adjust the workpiece angle from multiple perspectives to cooperate with the cleaning head/vision system to clean areas such as Sidewall, BR, CR, Hole, and Spline, and detect approximately 95% of defect types, including scratches, dents, knife marks, vibration marks, discoloration, and structural surface defects.

The equipment's algorithm uses a general AI model built with a CNN architecture and semantic segmentation output, applicable to processes such as Post Ano, Post VI, and OQC.
