Part.01

Focusight Cell Coating Appearance Inspection Equipment FS-PD

This equipment is Focusight's fully automatic inspection device for the appearance of new energy prismatic/blade cells after coating, spraying, and UV treatment. Through 2D/2.5D/3D imaging technology, combined with independently developed AI software and Zhengtu's new energy cell inspection model, it realizes six-sided appearance defect detection, process traceability, and repair. By cleaning fixed positions such as explosion-proof valves/poles, it reduces the proportion of removable defects caused by processes (liquid injection/welding) and improves overall yield. At the same time, it traces and locates the links where process defects (such as coating bubbles) occur according to report tracing, guides process improvement, and improves process yield. It can be equipped with a defect repair module to repair defects such as bubbles and pole scratches.

Efficient and Easy-to-Change Transmission Mechanism

Adopting alternating/loop line transmission mechanism, product changeover adopts replacement grippers, module components, rapid adjustment of flow channels, and simple adjustment of visual modules.

Highly Compatible System Imaging

Compatible with prismatic, blade cell coating, spraying, UV processes; covers the top surface (including poles, plastic rings, explosion-proof valves, QR codes, top patches), large surfaces, narrow surfaces, bottom surfaces, 8 edges, folded edges and corners, and window areas of the product.

Comprehensive Detection of Typical Defects

Using 2D/2.5D/3D imaging technology to conduct full-coverage imaging of the six-sided appearance of the cell, with the ability to identify and distinguish soft/hard foreign objects in the film, explosion-proof valve electrolyte, explosion-proof valve aluminum foil deformation, edge pits/damage/bubbles and other key pain point defects.
